To get help with food assistance, fill out the form below.

SPFB will contact you by text once we have processed your application. This text will include day and time to pick up. *Due to high volume, please be patient with us.*
Applications are open Monday through Thursday 8:30a – 5:00p. Applications are closed Friday through Sunday.
Always wait for notification of approval before coming to the food bank.
Voucher Pickup times:
Mon – Thurs: 8:30a – 11:45a and 12:30p – 5:45p
Friday: 8:30a – 11:45a Closed Friday afternoon
