SPFB will contact you by email and/or text by the next business day except if you are applying Friday-Sunday, in which those applications take longer to process.

Voucher Pickup times:
Mon – Thurs: 8:30a – 11:45a and 12:30p – 5:45p
Friday: 8:30a – 11:45a Closed Friday afternoon
